“My goal is to increase awareness and functionality in HOAs, simply. I am a passionate, dedicated, trustworthy individual who is growing a successful consulting business focusing on HOA knowledge and functionality. My desire to increase knowledge of this type of community living is becoming a reality through accreditation to teach CE credits to Realtors, working with Realtors to help them better understand this type of living and consulting with Boards and property management companies to increase functionality. My 11+ years of experience in Property Management offers a unique look into HOA living many wouldn't think about and I have an ability to make it easy to understand.
