DEFERRED PAYMENT PLANS

Real Estate Training Center is pleased to offer several Deferred Payment Plans as optional financial arrangements for our valued students that enroll in the "Real Estate Broker Program".

TO ENROLL USING A DEFERRED PAYMENT PLAN, YOU MUST AGREE TO THESE TERMS

The Payment Plan requires a non-refundable application fee which is included in the total cost of your Enrollment Agreement as follows:
2 Payment Plan - $25.00 non-refundable fee
3 Payment Plan - $50.00 non-refundable fee
4 Payment Plan - $75.00 non-refundable fee

First payment is due on Enrollment Date and all subsequent payments are due on the same day of each month after that.
2 Payment Plan - 2 payments of $212.00 - ($399.00 + $25.00 divided by 2)
3 Payment Plan - 3 payments of $149.67 - ($399.00 + $50.00 divided by 3)
4 Payment Plan - 4 payments of $118.50 - ($399.00 + $75.00 divided by 4)

I understand that installments are due on or before the same day of each month and once an installment is made, I understand that it is refundable only as outlined in Real Estate Training Center's Refund Policy in the Enrollment Agreement.
